Happily living in Sussex, England in a tiny, red brick cottage with my partner Gordon, I’ve spent most of my adult life free – wheeling around southern Europe, eating a lot of good simple food and falling in and out of love. (With food and men!)  Why Bluecassoul? I didn’t really think about it too hard, blue being quite a meditative kind of colour and cassoul being the southern french name for the earthenware cooking pot in which to cook Cassoulet. I kind of like that soul is in there too even though it’s pronounced Bluecasool I’d like to share some recipes and eating experiences with you…
